A butcher’s and delicatessen, this spot has been a local Jordanian institution since 1890. The name “Louman” is the surname of the family who started the business and still runs it today. All their meat is of the highest quality, and they make their sausages according to traditional methods at their own little sausage factory by the North Sea Canal. People from all over the city come here to buy their meat, sausages, salads, and meatballs.
