Amazing Experience! Did the Other Side of Florence Food Tour with Kiara and had an amazing experience! Kiara took us through the Oltrarno area of Florence and several family owned food spots. Each one with cultural references that gives you a better understanding of the city, its residents, and the food. Highly recommend!

Authentic, hidden gems!! We don't usually do large companies for tour experiences. But this one was an exception and did not disappoint!! Kiara was the the BEST guide. She took off the beaten path on the other side of the river in Florence to experience small, authentic family-owned eateries. Spend the little extra to add extra drinks on this tour you won't regret it. At Buonamici pastry shop, you have to get the Vin Santo to dip the biscotti/contucci. If you're looking for something fun to do in Florence that's not another museum, and get you out there walking and seeing the city, this is the perfect experience for you. We started with the perfect Florentine style breakfast, old school, and ended it with the most perfect gelato. Lots of food/lunch in the middle.

Amazing Experience Martina was an amazing tour guide that gave us an incredible culinary experience. She took excellent care of the entire group of travelers, including one with mobility issues and one with celiac’s disease, making sure that all of us had an incredible experience. I would highly recommend the Eating Florence tour, and after this experience, we’ll be checking out one in Venice next!

Hidden gems in Florence Our host Kiara was excellent and very knowledgeable - we got to see and experience traditional Tuscan food made with love by small family businesses.
I highly recommend buying the extra wine package for €16 per person- as there wasn’t a bad wine to be found.
It is a flat walk- and easy to do.
Tip: don’t have a pre breakfast- as you will fill up fast.
A++

My husband and I are on our honeymoon and wanted to explore the Florence food scene with an expert. With Francesco, we had a personal tour through the Florence residential neighborhoods and tried the best cheese we have had in Italy! He was so knowledgeable about the city’s food history and took us to all of the best local spots away from the tourists. Every shop owner was so happy to share their food and culture with us and we were so honored to be a part of it. Francesco not only knows the city’s food history, but the history of every shop and owner as well. He perfectly curated our day and we cannot wait to come back and try more! We highly recommend this experience to anyone who is looking to try authentic Florentine food. I would give 6 stars if I could!

Kiara was a phenomenal guide! She showed us the truly authentic spots in Tuscany (owned by wonderful families with unique stories of their own) and introduced us to some incredible food and wine. She answered all the questions we had and made sure we were having a great time. We were so grateful to enjoy this experience on our honeymoon. I highly recommend taking this tour - it’s a great way to really get to know Florence beyond the typical tourist spots.

This tour was fantastic and a highlight of our trip to Florence, a birthday treat for my mum’s 70th birthday. Our guide was Chiara; she was fun to be with and very knowledgeable. We had a great time and enjoyed plenty of wonderful food and wine plus a lovely cocktail. Highly recommend.

We loved our tour guide, "Alice" (English-friendly nickname). She took us to some great spots and gave us the lay of the land in an awesome neighborhood, providing recommendations to other spots as well! We learned about the food and wine we were enjoying, why it's essential to Florentine culture, differences between different Italian cities' versions of the food/wine, and more! Our guide was super organized and pleasant - each spot we had a private area or table to ourselves, or could "hop" the line at the Wine Windows. For the information, amount of food and wine and length of the program, it was so well worth the money! Would attend again!

We scheduled our evening tour with tour guide Francesco. Turned out it was only my husband and I in our “group”. At first I thought that would be a disadvantage, but this turned into a highlight of our vacation. Francesco was personably, knowledgeable about the wines/histories/local cultural influences and customs. He was also just fun. I love to cook and REALLY liked a dish at one stop (where Francesco had already given us the origin story of the restaurant, introduced us to the owner—and his mother, who he had working in his kitchen). At the end of the evening, he handed me the recipe for that dish! (I had already joked about coming back and asking if “Mama” would teach me to make it). It made for a wonderful evening and I would highly recommend it!

Food tour with our guide Assia! She did a great job and was very knowledgeable, friendly, and answered any questions. We had I believe 6 stops on the tour so she kept us on track and you could tell she has a great working relationship with all the shop owners and staff we stopped at. All our stops felt very local and not at all touristy, each one was worth the stop and I would revisit them again outside of the tour setting. You get plenty of food and drink to make it worth the money and the small group size is perfect. Also you do get to stop at wine windows!

Myself and my husband had a brilliant time on our food and wine tour with Alice. She was really friendly and informative, and taught us a lot about Florence and what it has to offer! Each stop was a great experience and we would recommend it to anyone.

We had a great evening tour with Eli. Everything was wonderful, and she was a particularly fantastic host and guide. Her enthusiasm for the local merchants was so refreshing and enjoyable. Her personal style took the evening from a 10 to an 11. This was also a great introduction to the less-touristed side of the river.
