We took the Eternal Rome: Jewish Ghetto, Campo de' Fiori and Trastevere tour with a wonderful guide, Riccardo. He explained the history of each district and the food we tasted along the way. The food and drink was plentiful and the stops were well-spaced between walks so we were never too full. We had taken this tour during our last visit to Rome and Riccardo kindly called ahead to the restaurants so our menu was different this time. This is a great way to get a deeper dive into a city beyond the major tourist attractions. Do not eat before these tours!!!

Davide was an excellent tour guide! He was personable, knowledgeable, and so much fun! Everything we ate and drank was unbelievable, and I would recommend this to anyone traveling to Italy. As someone with a food allergy, he was very accommodating and helpful to ensure that my experience was safe and delicious! 10/10 !

Such a bonus to kick off our Italian vacay with this Trastevere food and wine tour. All the stops were different and specialized to local foods. Our guide Leo was also a highlight! Very informative, funny and kept the group moving along- with amazing stories and history of the area which was a plus. Definitely recommend! Loved it!!! Thanks Leo!

This is the second time we’ve taken the Twilight Trastevere Food Tour! We had such a great time the first time that we signed up again with two other couples this time! It was wonderful! Martina was our guide and she was delightful! She was so personable and she knew so much about the area, the food and the wine! She made the evening so much fun for everyone! There were six stops and the food was amazing! We met so many nice people on the tour and we did a lot of eating, drinking and laughing! I can’t say enough good things about the tour, the food and our guide, Martina!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with our tour guide, Luca Murphy! He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire tour so much fun. Luca had a great sense of humor and shared tons of interesting facts and stories that really brought everything to life. You can tell he’s passionate about what he does and genuinely wants everyone to have a great time.

Very fun tour!! Do not use Apple map for meeting point, took us to the river walk and I had to contact the urgent number provided in the email. Had great conversations with the others in the group. It was about 13 of us. All the stops were so great and by the end of the night I was very full! Emiliano was a very nice man, educated and funny tour guide!

We had an amazing experience on our food tour in Trastevere! Riccardo was especially charming and knowledgeable, making the history of the neighborhood come alive while guiding us to delicious tastings at each stop. One of our favorite tours in Rome and Florence! Kept the kids very interested and engaged. The tour guide was fantastic! Dario was really great and so interesting. It was worth every penny and we would highly recommend it with kids. Our kids are ages 13, 11, 7, 5 and 1. Normally we’d think we would need a private tour but the tour guide was able to engage the whole group. Loved the history of the area and the background facts on food and culture.

Our family loved this tour! Jasmin was such an absolute delight - a welcoming, engaging guide, warmly sharing the local traditions through to ancient history. The foods were fabulous as we tried specialties we never would have found on our own - including an unexpected visit to an ancient subterranean site. And such a treat to arrive at the varied restaurants to have each specialty freshly made and waiting for us. This was a highlight of our trip, absolutely recommended!

Due to extremely strict time slots for entry into attractions and for food preparation, both in-person & virtual/online, we recommend you show up 15 minutes before the scheduled starting time of the tour or experience. Our group tours begin & depart precisely at the scheduled tour or experience start time. If you show up late or cannot find the meeting point, for any reason, refund requests are not honored per policy. If you are having a hard time arriving on time we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible so we can do everything in our power to assist you with arriving at the meeting point at the scheduled time or reschedule to the next available tour.
CANCELLATION DUE TO PLANES, TRAINS, AUTOMOBILES OR ILLNESS
Inside of 24 hours, your spot on the tour has been reserved exclusively for you. Since we are unable to fill your spot if you’re unable to attend for any reason (including transportation or illness), we do not offer refunds after that time. Please plan ahead so that you are able to join us and don’t miss out!

AMENDMENT POLICY
We would be happy to assist you with rescheduling your tour, free of charge, with any requests made more than 24 hours of 8am CET on the date of the tour. We reserve the right to charge an amendment fee should you request to reschedule within 24 hours of 8am CET on the date of your tour . Once again, this is subject to availability and price changes. In general, we only charge you for any additional costs that we incur such as tickets. We have no intention of profiting from disruptions to your vacation and will work with providers and suppliers to get this cost reduced to a minimum.
