Join a unique pasta-making experience in Trastevere, led by our chef who will guide you through local tastings of iconic dishes like Porchetta and a visit to the wonderful San Cosimato Food Market. Next, head to the old-school trattoria Rione XIII to dive into pasta making, learning the secrets to perfect fresh pasta. Enjoy creating your own fettuccine and ravioli, then sit down and enjoy the fresh pasta you made with unlimited wine. Conclude with a visit to our favorite gelateria for the finest organic gelato in Rome.

Amazing Pasta Making Class with Valentina! Our pasta-making class in Rome with Valentina was an unforgettable highlight of our trip! Valentina is not only knowledgeable and informative, but also incredibly funny, supportive, and encouraging. She created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made the whole experience easy, enjoyable, and full of laughter. Lovely morning walking talking and making pasta with Toni Lovely morning into the afternoon walk and then pasta making class at a local trattoria with our guide Toni. She was very personable and knowledgeable with a good background and a long time living in the area. Introduced us to the local butcher where we had a tasting tour, then on to the trattoria where the class of only four made lunch of ravioli and fettuccine with a lovely burrata and wine. Ended at the gelato stand very close. It was an intimate tour and well worth the cost that was quite economical. Five stars all around. Highly recommend touring/ cooking with Toni! Grazie!

Amazing experience! We had a fantastic time doing this tour - definitely a highlight of our trip. Our guide Valentina was fabulous…so knowledgeable, interesting and kind. Some of us were nervous about cooking but she was so helpful and encouraging and our meals turned out incredible! She took us on a little tour of local family owned businesses to pick our ingredients and we came away with a wealth of information about Italian food and cooking. She went above and beyond to give us a memorable experience and gave us tips on what to enjoy for the rest of our holiday. Would highly recommend!

Since we are unable to fill your spot if you’re unable to attend for any reason (including transportation or illness), we do not offer refunds after that time. We would be happy to assist you with rescheduling your tour, free of charge, with any requests made more than 24 hours of 8am CET on the date of the tour. We reserve the right to charge an amendment fee should you request to reschedule within 24 hours of 8am CET on the date of your tour . Once again, this is subject to availability and price changes. In general, we only charge you for any additional costs that we incur such as tickets. We have no intention of profiting from disruptions to your vacation and will work with providers and suppliers to get this cost reduced to a minimum.
