Tour Description
Join us for this authentic Florence pasta making class in the kitchen of a local chef! Learn the Italian cooking skills you’ll use again and again back home. Shop your own ingredients at family-run markets in the Oltrarno neighborhood, then strap on an apron, and prepare the bestfettuccine and ravioli of your life! To end on a high note, you will learn how to make the perfect tiramisù or another typical local dessert (and eat it too!) Ah, we almost forgot! Whenever you want to take a break and relax there’s a glass of Tuscan wine waiting for you!
Our guides not only introduced us to the shops where they buy the ingredients, but they also showed us step by step how to prepare a delicious gourmet Tuscan dinner. They gave us good cooking tips for all food prep too. Can’t wait to put our new skills into practice!

Delicious and informative cooking class with wine A wonderful day! Giovanni was a wonderful teacher, very informative and kind. We started at the markets and then enjoyed some antipasto and wine throughout our cooking class. We made two seasonal pasta dishes and a tiramisu which were all delicious. It was alot of fun. We then got to enjoy our wonderful creations. It was a perfect morning.

Amazing pasta making experience! Elena was amazing and made the experience so informative and fun! She did a great job incorporating everyone into different parts of the process and explaining everything as we went. The food was spectacular and we really learned so much about making it on our own! I’ve done a lot of food tours but our food tour of Florence with Alice was one of the best ever!! We were shown an authentic Florentine experience with so many types of wine, Negroni and food! Would recommend you come hungry! Alice was such an amazing host - keeping us all excited while we were in a food coma and so factual about the food and wine and region. So passionate!! Would book without a doubt - well worth the money and you will leave sated and happy and full of facts about the area.

What a fantastic experience. Serena was a great tour guide, explaining in detail the origins of the different food, wines, and cocktails that we tasted. We learned so much about Florentine food and met many of the local proprietors who made it for us. I can’t recommend this tour enough. Once in a lifetime experience ! We had a session with Ginevra and we absolutely loved it. She was very knowledgeable and engaging and made our pasta making experience wonderful. She told us many useful tips and tricks to make the most delicious pasta and tiramisu! Glasses of wine when you wished, great atmosphere and lovely location. We would really recommend. Wow! What an incredible tour - the value of this tour was unmatched. Our guide was incredible (I am bad with names I wish I remembered - our tour was last night at 5pm). We learned so much. We ate so much (everything was delicious). We are in Florence for a month and this was one of our best tours to date - - even if we were only visiting a few days, I would still prioritize this tour (can’t beat the option of learning and eating all in one tour). We brought our kids and the guide was so kind to them and included them, thank you! Highly recommend.

Due to extremely strict time slots for entry into attractions and for food preparation, both in-person & virtual/online, we recommend you show up 15 minutes before the scheduled starting time of the tour or experience. Our group tours begin & depart precisely at the scheduled tour or experience start time. If you show up late or cannot find the meeting point, for any reason, refund requests are not honored per policy. If you are having a hard time arriving on time we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible so we can do everything in our power to assist you with arriving at the meeting point at the scheduled time or reschedule to the next available tour.
CANCELLATION DUE TO PLANES, TRAINS, AUTOMOBILES OR ILLNESS
Inside of 24 hours, your spot on the tour has been reserved exclusively for you. Since we are unable to fill your spot if you’re unable to attend for any reason (including transportation or illness), we do not offer refunds after that time. Please plan ahead so that you are able to join us and don’t miss out!

Discount codes are valid for new bookings only. They are not eligible for pre-existing bookings and can not be applied retrospectively.
AMENDMENT POLICY
We would be happy to assist you with rescheduling your tour, free of charge, with any requests made more than 24 hours of 8am CET on the date of the tour. We reserve the right to charge an amendment fee should you request to reschedule within 24 hours of 8am CET on the date of your tour . Once again, this is subject to availability and price changes. In general, we only charge you for any additional costs that we incur such as tickets. We have no intention of profiting from disruptions to your vacation and will work with providers and suppliers to get this cost reduced to a minimum.
