Great pasta making experience for families - awesome guide! What a great tour! Kat (Katherine) was warm, welcoming, and extremely knowledge about not only the food of Italy but also the history and culture. She took us to neighborhood shop to taste and buy ingredients. She was kind and helpful as my family (teens - 14 and 19 and parents) made 2 different kinds of pasta and at local restaurant. We all agreed it was one of the highlights of our trip. I would love to come back and do a neighborhood food tour with her.

Giuseppe was the best host! Full of historical and entertaining facts for every stop and location we passed. This was by far our favorite tour of Italy! I can make my own pasta now, yeah! I can make pasta now, yeah! Thank ypu so much Davide for share your great passion and not at least to be such a good trainer in preparation of pasta. I was wondering at the end how easy it is. But this is the Art of a very good trainer, to make things easy to have fun to learn. The visited places for the ingredients and having some taste tests and the wine, what a pleasure. At the end we were eating in this wonderful restaurant our self made pasta and had a good time together. Ever again, I recommend this tour to all who want to know more about italien cooking and the specialities of Rome.

LOVED this class I LOVED this tour & class. So much of getting pasta “right” is the feel that I cannot pick up from a book. We participated in the golf cart food tour of Rome and we say this is a must do! Our tour guide, Luca Murphy, made the tour even better! Luca Murphy was absolutely charming, insightful, helpful, and lots of fun! This specific tour was highly recommended by a travel book we read and boy do we agree with the recommendation! We loved this tour because we knew we could see some interesting landmarks along the golf cart ride while learning about Rome through food...the gateway to any culture! The other reason we booked this tour was due their expert gastronomical guidance which could be trusted to steer us clear of the "tourist trap" restaurants who prey on tourists by offering mediocre, non-authentic food at exaggerated prices. But, we knew we could count on this particular food tour because they bring you to some of the most amazing, family-ran restaurants where a lot of locals eat so you know you aren't getting tourist-trap food. Food, drink, Rome scenery, and riding a golf cart through Rome is a fantastic way to experience Rome! Since we are unable to fill your spot if you’re unable to attend for any reason (including transportation or illness), we do not offer refunds after that time. In general, we only charge you for any additional costs that we incur such as tickets. We have no intention of profiting from disruptions to your vacation and will work with providers and suppliers to get this cost reduced to a minimum.
