This tour was a highlight of our trip! Toni was a terrific host, she is not only knowledgeable about the food but made us feel like she was a friend showing us around the neighborhood. The owners, chefs, and staff of the stops were all lovely and engaging. Toni seemed to have a great relationship with them. Of course, the food and drink were delicious! I'd definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to take this tour again and again.

Toni was an absolutely superb tour guide for the Trastevere food tour in Rome. The food was incredible, the restaurants felt intimate (we got early entry before the general public for a few of them). Her storytelling is top notch and she is fast paced, in the BEST way. When you go to Rome you want to absorb the culture as best as you can in a short amount of time, and this tour was perfect for that. I also felt there was great camaraderie within our group because Toni started by asking everyone to introduce themselves. This led to great conversations with strangers while we ate great food and drank great wine. Toni was also super caring—I didn’t have my evening plans lined up for after the tour, and she asked me, “How are you getting home?” When I told her I wasn’t sure where I was going, she walked me to the nearest taxi pick up to make sure I was safe. As a 29-year-old solo female traveler, I felt so comforted Toni took the time to care for me. THANK YOU TONI YOU AMAZE ME GO OFF QUEEN 😍

Just finishing a great food tour with Leo S our guide. Loved all the food and venues. Leo was fantastic with information as well as local recommendations and history. Very full at the end of the tour after an amazing variety of local foods and wine aa well as some local craft beer! Highly recommend!

Dalia was the most amazing tour guide!! We loved our twilight food & wine tour through Trastevere tonight (3/22/25). She was very knowledgeable about the history of the beautiful neighborhood and also shared her passion for authentic Italian cuisine and wine. The was a fantastic experience! From the very beginning, I felt right at home. Giuseppe (our guide!) was super passionate and managed to connect everyone, despite our different ages and backgrounds. Each stop was an opportunity to discover the flavors and stories of Roman tradition. If you want to truly get to know Rome and have fun with great company, I highly recommend this tour! I had such a great time on the Twilight Trastevere Rome Food Tour! The food was absolutely delicious, and the whole experience was so much fun. Our guide, Luca Murphy, was fantastic—super knowledgeable, engaging, and funny. He made the tour feel really personal, sharing great stories about the history of Trastevere and giving us awesome recommendations. Every stop had incredible food, from traditional Roman dishes to delicious street food, and the wine pairings were perfect. Walking through Trastevere in the evening gave the whole experience a magical feel. Highly recommend this tour, especially if you’re lucky enough to have Luca Murphy as your guide!

Such a fantastic experience! The food and wine was amazing! The history we learned was so much fun. We visited a wine cellar in an old Roman house from 80BC underneath a restaurant where we ate a pork stew made from a recipe exactly from a covenant from Julius Caesar’s personal chef. Perfect experience and highlight of our trip to Rome! Our guide, Luca Murphy, was wonderful!

Jasmin was a wonderful guide, bubbly personality she really engaged with all of us. She knows her history and has a rapport with the owners and staff of all the venues we visited. Jasmin being a local and talking with is about the local history was a highlight. The food was amazing and some of the places were so old our minds were blown. Due to extremely strict time slots for entry into attractions and for food preparation, both in-person & virtual/online, we recommend you show up 15 minutes before the scheduled starting time of the tour or experience. Our group tours begin & depart precisely at the scheduled tour or experience start time. If you show up late or cannot find the meeting point, for any reason, refund requests are not honored per policy. If you are having a hard time arriving on time we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible so we can do everything in our power to assist you with arriving at the meeting point at the scheduled time or reschedule to the next available tour.
CANCELLATION DUE TO PLANES, TRAINS, AUTOMOBILES OR ILLNESS
Inside of 24 hours, your spot on the tour has been reserved exclusively for you. Since we are unable to fill your spot if you’re unable to attend for any reason (including transportation or illness), we do not offer refunds after that time. Please plan ahead so that you are able to join us and don’t miss out!

AMENDMENT POLICY
We would be happy to assist you with rescheduling your tour, free of charge, with any requests made more than 24 hours of 8am CET on the date of the tour. We reserve the right to charge an amendment fee should you request to reschedule within 24 hours of 8am CET on the date of your tour . Once again, this is subject to availability and price changes. In general, we only charge you for any additional costs that we incur such as tickets. We have no intention of profiting from disruptions to your vacation and will work with providers and suppliers to get this cost reduced to a minimum.
