Local, Fun and Full of Delicious Food Diogo’s tour went above and beyond, providing history, context and a truly local perspective. It was wonderful getting to know more about Portuguese culture, his life and how Portugal has changed. I left the tour sooo full and knowing so much more than before!

Amazing experience a must try in Porto Goncalo!! He was an amazing tour guide, seriously best I think I've ever had, and after asking my husband he agrees! He was amazing super knowledgeable and very personable! He took us to the best local places and had us laughing, drinking, and talking as if we were old friends! I truly feel like I know Porto in a whole new way. He told us lots of places to check out and had us try all the local delicacies. He knew so much about wine and the different foods I never felt like I was out of place or unwelcome. The only thing I wish was that he could enjoy our food with us but I get he has to be professional and he very much was. I cant wait to check out Portugal with the knowledge he instilled to us and we will definitely book again, with people like him. Thank you so much for your time! Very special experience overall! Would 💯 recommend!! Seriously if I had more tour guides like him I would do more tours!!

Excellent evening led by Leo We had an excellent evening led by the brilliant Leo.To manage expectations, this is not fine dining, you are eating local specialities in a variety of venues. It’s also not a drunken pub crawl. I’d estimate we had around 6-7 units of alcohol over the 3 hours.However, it is a splendid way to orientate yourself in Porto and learn a lot about the history and culture of the city. Whilst there is obviously a structure to the tour, the conversations over food and drinks flow into many different topics relating to the City.To a certain extent your experience is dependent on your fellow guests and how well you click, but there’s quite a skill in the guide’s ability to build bridges between the different groups.I liked that we had food and drinks i wouldn’t order, in places i wouldn’t have gone to and yet had an excellent evening with Leo and our fellow guests.

Our group tours begin & depart precisely at the scheduled tour or experience start time. If you show up late or cannot find the meeting point, for any reason, refund requests are not honored per policy. If you are having a hard time arriving on time we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible so we can do everything in our power to assist you with arriving at the meeting point at the scheduled time or reschedule to the next available tour.
CANCELLATION DUE TO PLANES, TRAINS, AUTOMOBILES OR ILLNESS
Inside of 24 hours, your spot on the tour has been reserved exclusively for you. Since we are unable to fill your spot if you’re unable to attend for any reason (including transportation or illness), we do not offer refunds after that time. We would be happy to assist you with rescheduling your tour, free of charge, with any requests made more than 24 hours of 8am CET on the date of the tour. We reserve the right to charge an amendment fee should you request to reschedule within 24 hours of 8am CET on the date of your tour . Once again, this is subject to availability and price changes. In general, we only charge you for any additional costs that we incur such as tickets. We have no intention of profiting from disruptions to your vacation and will work with providers and suppliers to get this cost reduced to a minimum.
