I’ve frequented a handful of these hotel bars in my time, and some of my favorites include Pura Vida Terraza, which sits atop the Los Seises Sevilla Hotel, and LEVEL 5th in the Hotel Ribera de Triana. Another hotel with a superb rooftop is Hotel Palacio Alcázar, although it’s important to note that the Terraza Fulton bar here doesn’t have a pool.

Beer and wine tend to be the most affordable options, often priced between €4 and €6 for local offerings, although imported alternatives are usually slightly more expensive. Naturally, cocktails are more costly on the majority of rooftops and generally cost upwards of €10. Depending on the bar, you may pay up to €15 or more if top-shelf spirits are used in the recipe.

When to Go: Timing and Seasonal Tips

The best times to visit any rooftop bar in Seville will depend on the season, so it’s essential to keep the time of year in mind when planning your outings.

You’ll have your pick of rooftops between March and November, as these are the warmest months of the year in Seville. However, the city can become incredibly hot in July and August, often exceeding 35°C (95°F); therefore, it may be best to avoid outdoor bars until after dark during these months.
Some rooftop bars in Seville also open during the winter and are equipped with heaters and coverings.
If you’re visiting during the festival, such as Semana Santa, keep an eye out for rooftop events.
