It’s easy to see why, as Franco Manca pride themselves upon using only the finest Italian ingredients and have created a delicious slow-rising sourdough base, which is one the best we’ve ever tasted. What’s better yet? Franco Manca’s stone baked pizzas cost from as little as £4.50, meaning you can fill your boots without emptying your wallet.

Pizza East

Headed to Shoreditch this weekend? Then make sure you stop by London’s trendiest pizzeria, Pizza East. This former tea warehouse is a favourite of Londoners thanks to its cool atmosphere, contemporary surroundings and delectable yet affordable menu. You can take your pick from Pizza East’s delicious wood-oven pizzas, indulge in endless antipasti or select one of their sumptuous desserts including our personal favourite, the Salted Chocolate Caramel Tart. Inspired by the streets of Naples, we’re pretty sure that pizza doesn’t get more traditional than this! Located on St Mary’s Road, Santa Maria is passionate about pizza and has dedicated many years to bringing the best authentic flavours to London’s food scene. Their menu is incredible and consists of a huge selection of scrumptious pizzas topped the finest Italian ingredients, along with award-winning gelato for the sweet tooth amongst us. In fact Santa Maria’s pizza is so good, it’s even been awarded number one in the Evening Standard’s top ten pizza restaurant to try before you die!

With mammoth 20inch pizzas, plenty of local craft beers and even Prosecco on tap, you should definitely visit Homeslice when next in the capital! Nestled in Neal’s Yard, this quirky-cool pizzeria has been serving wood fired pizza whole or by the slice for over three years. Come lunch or dinner, Homeslice invites you to choose from their delectable creations made from the best seasonal produce in London. Tuck into one of their traditional flavours or opt for something a little more unusual. With toppings like Goat’s Shoulder, Oxtail and Queen Scallops on offer, it’d be rude not too!
